DUE DILIGENCE
Due diligence is increasingly necessary in this global world, as companies and people freely migrate around the planet. Banks, stock exchanges, investors, regulators often know too little, too late about counterparties. Intel Suisse offers the following :

ASSET RECOVERY

UNDISPUTED ASSETS
Recovery of undisputed assets is relatively straightforward - once located. There are often local legal and tax issues involved, but generally bona fide title is accepted in most developed countries. Intel Suisse will :

- assist in ring-fencing. protecting and re-locating assets once recovered

DISPUTED ASSETS
Recovery of disputed assets is a headache - once/if located, local laws will often be "bent", documents falsified, courts bought. Intel Suisse knows how to handle these sort of disputes, but costs must be balanced against recovery value. Intel Suisse will :

- advise on a risk/return strategy for asset recovery, proposing probabilities of success and potential downsides
